For years we have been sharing different harvests of honeys, adding infusions, or keeping the single source honeys separate from the big blend (think Linden Blossom, Clover, etc..).
All along, for ourselves, we have just scraped up the leftover honey from the bottom of the barrel. We don’t need fancy. We grew to love the rustic, chunky, sometimes frothy at the top, never-perfect-enough-for-the-store-shelf kind of honey.
We actually started specifically reserving this imperfect honey for ourselves. It just didn’t seem fair - so here you go.
