Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and shipped 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
All standard United States shipping holidays apply. Bare Honey ships through USPS and UPS. USPS (First Class and Priority Mail) Delivers Monday through Saturday. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 2-7 business days for shipments..
To ensure there are no delivery delays please review your address and advise us immediately if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to rectify any mistakes in the delivery address.
It is Bare Honey's policy not to replace items that are lost because an incorrect address was supplied.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for exchange or online credit within 30 days.
You must request a return authorization via email at email@example.com before sending your order to us.
Upon receiving your return authorization, please follow instructions shown below for “Preparing Your Package for Return.” Your return authorization is good for 14 days from date of issuance.
If a product you received arrived damaged, you must report this to us within 5 days of receipt of your order. By doing so, we “may” be able to process a replacement without reclaiming the damaged product – provided you furnish us with a photo via email of the damaged item AND the shipping box or mailer. Please also include a statement in your email indicating that the product was delivered by the carrier damaged.
If you believe we made a mistake and sent through something other than what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can remedy the error.
Returned merchandise must, have been purchased directly from the Bare Honey Website, and not, have been worn, missing UPC/barcodes, or be in a condition other than how they were received. Clothing Merchandise that does not meet these criteria will either be refused or assessed up to a 50% restocking fee. Any unauthorized return and/or package you refuse delivery of is subject to the actual outbound shipping charges and up to a 50% restocking fee – both of which will be deducted from the order refund (returned international orders may be subject to higher restocking fees.)
COD or freight collect returns will be refused. Order shipping costs are not refundable. Final disposition is the decision of Bare Honey.
PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN
You will receive additional instructions by email when return authorization is approved. Pack the products into a shipping box or mailer with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original box or mailer provided the item will be protected in shipment. Be sure to include all original packaging. Clearly print the address on the outside of the package, and include a copy of the return authorization email with the package contents.
If a prepaid label has been provided, please print and use this label on package. If prepaid label has not been provided, you will need to purchase a shipping label.
We STRONGLY suggest that your return package is insured with tracking number (note: Priority Mail includes $50 insurance, UPS and FEDEX include $100 insurance). We cannot accept responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged returns. Consider purchasing your shipping label online at the US Postal Service website to obtain discounted rates over those charged at the Post Office counter.
