The Bachelor Farmer serves fresh and simple food that honors Minnesota’s Nordic heritage. Paul Berglund and his team source the best ingredients available, which often means buying from local farmers and purveyors. They use organic products whenever possible and also grow their own herbs and vegetables on their rooftop farm, which is the first of its kind in Minneapolis.
Paul and Krista are starting off the season with four of our most unique single source honeys: Buckwheat, Alfalfa, Wild Sumac and Aster. We cannot wait to stop in and see what kind of magic they create!
